WePad Demo Video

WePad has been touted to be a competent rival to the Apple iPad. The device is powered by an 1.66 GHz Intel Atom N450 processor, includes a web cam, includes USB port and supports Flash. We had already noted its technical specifications here.

Here is a collection of several demo videos of WePad in action. Check them out and decide for yourself if it is better than iPad.  The 16Gb version is expected to be priced at €449 in Germany and the price and launch date for the rest of the world is not known as yet.Note that the videos are in German.

WePad Price, Launch Date And Demo Video

Late last month, we had got hold of the WePad features and tech specs. Now Neofonie, the developers of the much anticipated iPad rival device have officially unveiled the device. So apart from the tech specs which you already know (and is embedded below for your reference again), here is the pricing information you need

16GB Wi-Fi : €450
64GB HD : €569

Neofonie has announced that the WePad will launch in August of this year, and the good thing about it is that it will run Flash!

WePad Tech Specs And Features

The WePad has come a long way from being ridiculed as the plural form for iPad. Folks at Ubergizmo have dug out some pretty interesting information on the WePad’s technical specifications. One striking observation is that the WePad appears to be much better than the iPad, but for its battery life.
