This has been a pretty hectic week if you love smartphones – so many launches and pricing announcements to deal with. Anyway, this is just a problem of plenty and here is one more to add. T-Mobile USA has announced that the carrier will start offering the new Windows Phone 7 based HTC HD7 on their stores starting the 8th of next month. The phone comes at a price of $199.99 and that, as you already know, comes with a two year contractual period after a $50 mail-in rebate.
HTC HD7 is definitely one of the cooler looking WP7 handsets though an Engadget review had recently noted that the display on HD7 was probably less impressive than those on the Samsung Omnia 7 and HTC 7 Mozart. But at 4.3″, the HD7 features the largest screen among the Windows Phone 7 handsets launching in the United States. T-Mobile users can expect the HD7 to retain the native HTC Sense Hub of the phone besides incorporating apps for Netflix, Slacker Radio and T-Mobile TV by default.
