Nokia Ovi Browser Download Link Appears On Beta Labs

Looks like the Finnish technology giant is adding one more product to its Ovi kit. The company is learned to be working on a new Ovi browser that is expected to become available on Nokia handsets in future. To be honest, there is not enough information available about this new Ovi browser so it is difficult to speculate if the product will only feature on Nokia handsets or should be openly available across plaforms (though logically, that should be the case).

Either way, users have made an interesting observation that the Nokia Ovi browser briefly appeared alongside download links on Nokia’s Beta Labs website. Sadly though, the link has since then been pulled and the page now only shows a 404-Not found message.

Anyway, expect the link to become accessible shortly and don’t forget to write to us about how you like the new browser.

  1. Will it be available for the S60v3?
I don’t really like the built-in browser, and Opera Mobile doesn’t offer that much of a stability with GMail.
When will we find out what to expect from Ovi?

  2. If Nokia indeed launches this, expect it to become available on all mobile phones. At least, I hope so!
