Samsung Galaxy S2 Photo Uploads Surface On Picasa

The rumor mills have not heard much about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S2 lately. However a couple of pictures uploaded on Google’s photo sharing website Picasa are revealed to have been taken using this yet-to-be launched smartphone.

The photos, uploaded by a user named JuBong Lee, do not reveal much either. They do indicate that the picture quality might be as good as what you may find on the Galaxy S. But other than that, there is not much to analyze here.

We first heard about the Galaxy S2 back in July this year. The device is expected to come with a 4.3″ Super AMOLED display – a 340 ppi display that is claimed to be better than the retina display on iPhone 4. Besides this, the phone is noted to come with a 2GHz processor, a 1GB RAM, a 4GB ROM and an 8-Megapixel camera.

There is still no word on when the device could launch. We hope there is a surprise before the end of this year.
