HTC EVO 4G Pre-Orders On Radio Shack Later This Month

The Sprint HTC EVO 4G is all set to roll out next month. And tipsters are making it known that the much awaited HTC smartphone could be available for pre-orders starting later this month at Radio Shack a.k.a The Shack.

The speculations are not entirely surprising. Earlier rumors have pointed to a tentative launch date of June 6 or 13 and a pre-order starting a fortnight earlier makes a lot of sense.

Interestingly, folks at Phandroid point out to a forum post by a Sprint employee

“I work for Sprint and met with the HTC people today and they showed us the EVO. Man what a cool phone. They said the EVO advocates will get the phones on May 17th and be trained on them May 24th. The EVO will go on sale June 6th.”
