100 percent of the respondents opined that Social media marketing was definitely one of long term. 21.1 percent felt it should be used to monitor at the staff level but should not consume too many resources. 49.3 percent thought it should be monitored at the executive level and should be given considerable resources. 45 percent of the respondents called social media revolutionary.
