Share of Internet Advertising In Total Advertising Spending

Share of internet advertising had always been marginally less than advertising spending on local and national TV. This has changed in favor of Internet for the first time in 2009. Here is the projected share of Internet advertising out of the total advertising budgets for the coming years:
2007 : 9.0%
2008 : 10.6%
2009 : 12.2%
2010 : 12.9%
2011 : 13.4%
2012 : 13.6%

Internet Advertising has been the trend these days. i own a small online store and i pay a lot on google adwords for internet advertising.
