Social media research firm Sysomos studied close to 2.5 million Youtube videos and who had uploaded and linked to it to arrive at an estimate of the distribution of Youtube users worldwide. Here it goes

North America : 38.04%
Europe : 35.6%
Asia Pacific : 14.94%
South America : 11.38%

Interesting that Africa constitutes less than 1% of the total.
