Online banking has risen to the top spot in the most popular ways to bank. 25% of all surveyed respondents regarded online as the most preferred way to bank. Mobile banking has not taken off as well as intended. Still only 1% of the people use mobile banking platform. Here is how the numbers stack up

Branches : 21%
ATM : 17%
Mail : 9%
Telephone : 4%
Mobile : 1%
Unknown : 23%

Surprising that more people visit branches than use the ATM!
