Online radio is still a minuscule part of the entire radio industry, but it has been seeing a slow and steady growth over the past few years. Today, online radio revenues constitute just over 2.5% of the total radio revenues. This tabulation shows the revenues from online radios over the past few years (and estimates towards the future) along with the percentage revenue composition in the entire radio industry

2005 : $249.8 million (1.2%)
2006 : $278.4 million (1.3%)
2007 : $328.4 million (1.5%)
2008 : $394.1 million (2.0%)
2009 : $441.4 million (2.7%)
2010 : $529.6 million (3.2%)
2011 : $619.9 million (3.7%)
2012 : $724.0 million (4.2%)
2013 : $827.0 million (4.7%)
