An iPhone only has a 2MP camera. But that doesn’t make it any lesser and is seemingly the most popular camera phone (by a huge margin) among the photography enthusiasts on Flickr:

Apple iPhone 3gs is the phone i am looking forward to have for myself as its the best.

iPhone may be more popular for camera phones on Flickr, but all in all throughout the world, the blackberry curve series phones are in more use worldwide than any other phone.
