Mobile Search Engine Market Share

If Google is a killer search engine on the internet, it is even more – a monopoly on the mobile web. Google is almost the only search engine that is accessed from the web. Here are the mobile search engine market share:

Google : 96.23%
Yahoo : 3.24%
Yandex.ru : 0.14%
Ask Jeeves : 0.11%
Alta Vista : 0.07%

What can we say from these statistics. Only one outcome is possible, Google rolls over anything in its path… watch out Bing… Google is gonna eat you up next!

Bing has got its necessary PR thanks to the $100 million ad budget, but has not been sticky;on the web.I doubt, it will achieve that on the mobile.

Let’s see google as a partnership with apple, that makes all requests from an iphone searched via google and apple devices are most likely to go only. These results are no surprise
