In absolute numbers, India ranks fourth in the world when it comes to the number of Internet users. But in penetration terms, Indians lag way behind others at 5.2%. Here is the internet penetration of countries ranked in terms of the number of internet users
1. USA : 71.9%
2. China : 15.8%
3. Japan : 73.8%
4. India : 5.2%
5. Germany : 66.7%
6. Brazil : 26.1%
7. United Kingdom : 67.3%
8. France : 58.1%
9. South Korea : 70.7%
10. Italy : 58%
