European Countries With Highest Internet Usage

Sweden and Netherlands are among the European countries with the highest internet usage (measured in terms of the percent of the population who access internet at least once a week). Here is the top ten list and the percent population of regular internet users:
1. Sweden : 83%
2. Netherlands : 83%
3. Denmark : 80%
4. Finland : 78%
5. Luxembourg : 77%
6. United Kingdom : 70%
7. Germany : 68%
8. Belgium : 66%
9. Austria : 66%
10. France : 63%

I guess both are right for the periods they were measured in. I think the report on InternetWorldStats is from 2006. The report I have taken the data from (http://www.marketingcharts.com/interactive/european-digital-stats-56-of-population-uses-internet-10436/european-commission-countries-population-use-internet-once-week-2008jpg/) was for the year 2008.

Are you sure that this is right? http://www.internetworldstats.com/euro/is.htm they say that Iceland use internet more
