Browser Market Share Statistics (July 2009)

Firefox 3.5 launched just a month and a half back, now has a 4.54% market share. This simply means that the earlier versions of Firefox suffered a slight setback, nothing of which should concern Mozilla. Here is the market share of the top ten browser by version:
1. Internet Explorer 6.0 : 27.21%
2. Internet Explorer 7.0 : 23.09%
3. Firefox 3.0 : 16.21%
4. Internet Explorer 8.0 : 12.46%
5. Firefox 3.5 : 4.54%
6. Chrome 2.0 : 2.37%
7. Safari 4.0 : 2.22%
8. IE 8.0 (Compatability mode) : 2.12%
9. Opera 9.x : 1.73%
10. Firefox 2.0 : 1.45%
