African American Internet Population in USA

The African American population has had relatively lesser Internet penetration compared to the other ethnic groups in the US. However, the gap has been reducing. Here is the projected Internet penetration of African Americans till 2013:
2008 : 46.4%
2009 : 48.7%
2010 : 51%
2011 : 53.2%
2012 : 54.8%
2013 : 56.4%
