If you have been holding back so long from making the move to Android, here is the time to do. Amazon has announced that the price of the popular Android device has now been slashed from the original $499.99 to $99.99. Of course, this price is factoring in a two year contract that you will have to sign up with Sprint. Nevertheless, this is by far the biggest discount offered on EVO so far.
Sprint, the carrier that will offer network services to HTC EVO has also been offering free activation to users moving to their network. This offer has however been limited up to October 18.
HTC EVO is without doubt one of the most impressive Android devices. It comes with a 4.3″ screen with a 800×400 capacitive touchscreen display, a 1GHz SnapDragon processor, an 8-Megapixel rear camera and another 1.3-Megapixel camera on the front.
